Dillon Coffee Lab: Dillon's newest coffee shop is now open for business! Located at 124 Main Street Unit 107 in Downtown Dillon, the Dillon Coffee Lab officially opened on March 15. In a recent interview with the Summit Daily News, owner Jonathan Grove said, "A community isn't really a community without a good coffee shop." In addition to coffee, they are also serving Bonfire Burritos and pastries from the bakers at Tacos Tequila Bar & Grill.

Exit 205 Brewery Tour

Whether you’re staying off Exit 205 or making a stop off I-70, Do Exit 205 Right with the Exit 205 Brewery Trail. Sip on locally brewed suds, soak in the views, and enjoy a snack or meal at one or all of these five breweries located in Dillon and Silverthorne, Colorado.

We recommend starting up the hill in Dillon and ending in Silverthorne or reversing your self-guided brewery tour. Please enjoy responsibly and don’t drink and drive. Walk, bike or take advantage of the free Summit County bus service between Silverthorne and Dillon!
